Please read these terms before purchasing, accessing or using any RebornZens digital product.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and RebornZens. By placing an order, accessing a product, downloading a file, receiving a script, using support or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not purchase, access or use our products.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate order, contact, platform and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your email, Discord account and other delivery details accessible and secure.
Our products are digital scripts, configuration files, updates, documentation and related support for compatible third-party gaming hardware or software. Nothing is physically shipped unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Each purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased product for your own private use.
Digital delivery may take place through the website, email, Discord, a download link, a licence system or another method shown during checkout or support.
Orders may remain pending until payment is verified. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a specific time.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery details and responding to reasonable verification requests. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, third-party outages or your failure to contact support.
Because our products are digital content, we may begin delivery or provide access immediately after payment verification. Where applicable, you will be asked to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cooling-off right may end once digital delivery or access begins.
Once digital delivery, download, access, activation or fulfilment has begun, purchases are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where required by applicable law.
This policy does not remove any mandatory legal rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described, not supplied with the required right to supply it, or otherwise fails to meet statutory requirements.
Duplicate payments, genuine billing errors and other exceptional cases may be reviewed individually. Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible.
You authorise the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Payments may be subject to the payment provider's own terms, verification procedures, currency conversion and fraud checks.
Fraudulent payments, stolen payment methods, false disputes or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access and refusal of future service. Nothing in this clause prevents you from raising a genuine payment dispute or exercising a legal right.
You must not use a RebornZens product:
We may suspend support or product access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been breached.
Games, consoles, publishers, anti-cheat systems and platform providers are operated by independent third parties. Their rules can change at any time.
You are solely responsible for checking whether your intended use is allowed by the relevant game, platform, tournament or service. A RebornZens purchase does not give you permission to break third-party rules.
Account warnings, suspensions, bans, rank changes, lost progress or other enforcement decisions made by a third party are outside our control and are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
Compatibility depends on third-party games, firmware, hardware, consoles, controllers, operating systems and services that RebornZens does not control.
We may release fixes, improvements or updates, but we do not guarantee that a product will remain compatible with every future game, firmware or platform update.
Any statement about detection status describes the information available at that time only. No product can be guaranteed to remain undetected or unaffected by future anti-cheat, platform or publisher changes.
Where a product is advertised with lifetime updates, "lifetime" means for the commercial lifetime of that specific RebornZens product while it remains actively supported by us. It does not mean the lifetime of the customer, a game, a console or any third-party service.
Updates may change, remove, replace or add functionality where reasonably necessary for compatibility, security, maintenance or product development.
All RebornZens branding, scripts, code, configurations, documentation, graphics, product names and related materials remain the property of RebornZens or their respective rights holders.
You may not copy for distribution, sell, rent, sublicense, publish, leak, share account access, extract protected source material, remove ownership notices or create a competing commercial product from our protected materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Support is provided through the official channels shown on our website. Support covers reasonable help with delivery, installation, basic configuration and product issues.
We may refuse abusive, threatening, fraudulent or excessive support requests. Never send passwords, full card details, security codes or account login credentials to our staff.
We may suspend or terminate access, updates or support where there is fraud, payment reversal, unauthorised sharing, resale, abuse, a serious breach of these Terms or another legitimate security reason.
Termination does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and intellectual-property protections.
RebornZens is an independent seller and is not sponsored, endorsed, approved by or affiliated with Epic Games, Activision, Sony, Microsoft, Cronus, Collective Minds or any other third-party publisher, platform, hardware manufacturer or tournament organiser unless expressly stated.
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or the relevant platform.
We aim to describe our products accurately and provide reasonable support. However, third-party games and platforms change frequently, and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, products and services are supplied without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, permanent compatibility, specific gameplay results, ranking improvements, account safety or future detection status.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to mandatory consumer law, RebornZens is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost game progress, lost rankings, third-party account enforcement, tournament disqualification, third-party outages or losses caused by using a product contrary to these Terms or third-party rules.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
We may update products, support processes and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, either party may use any court or dispute-resolution process that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the checkout information and any product-specific terms shown before purchase, form the agreement for your order.

We may use the personal information you provide to process orders, verify payments, deliver products, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider and should not be sent to RebornZens staff.
We will only retain and share order information as reasonably necessary for these purposes, our service providers or as required by law. A separate Privacy Policy may provide additional information on data handling.
